Homeowner's Manual

We provide a detailed Homeowner's Manual with every new home we build!

This valuable book contains detailed information about every aspect of your new home.  It also includes our exclusive 'X-ray' pictures which are pictures that allow you to see what's behind the drywall in every wall in your new home.  These pictures are taken after all the plumbing, electrical, and ductwork has been installed but before the walls are insulated.  This helps you 'see' if there are any pipes in the wall where you want to hang that trophy elk or a heavy picture!  It also helps locate plumbing and wiring if you decide to do any remodeling in the future.
